✦  Delays beyond 2 hours to load or unload may incur a standby fee at $30/hr

✦  Delays overnight or multiple days will be paid a detention fee of $300/day.

✦  Truck not used (t.o.n.u) will incur a fee based on miles traveled to pickup at $2.00/mile.

✦  Tolls and special permits fees are additional.

✦  All invoices are Net-30 terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

✦  A 1.5% per month late fee will be charged to all invoices past 30 days.

✦  Shipper is responsible for grossly misrepresented load specs.
